Why Oil-Free Matters
Food, pharmaceutical and electronics production is highly sensitive to oil carry-over: trace oil mist can cause surface defects, poor coating adhesion or failed cleanliness checks. Huidechuang uses ceramic ball bearings with direct drive, making the system completely oil-free and removing the risk at source. A measured 78 dB(A) also satisfies clean-room and lineside noise requirements.
