In-house Line: Blow-Off Station for Tray and Magazine Cleaners

Huidechuang's two-lane inclined tray cleaner and fully enclosed magazine cleaner use our high-speed energy-saving blower as the built-in blow-off air source. The machines must fully clear dust and contamination from grooves, deep slots and irregular inserts and dry the parts completely; the fully enclosed design prevents secondary contamination and meets clean-room requirements.

Air Source for AG Glass Sandblasting Line (Launched 2023)

Launched in 2023, the AG glass sandblasting line covers the complete process chain: sandblasting, frosting, polishing, film removal and pre/post cleaning. It uses a physical sandblasting route with no chemical frosting agents. The blower serves the cleaning and drying stations, supporting precise control of haze and gloss.

Full-Process 3C Cover Glass Cleaning

Cleaning equipment covering every 3C glass process: after tempering, CNC, AF, AG and screen printing, plus protective-oil removal. While most competitors offer only a general flat-panel cleaner, Huidechuang builds dedicated machines around each process pain point. Pre-coating cleaning requires a water contact angle of ≤20°.

In a typical retrofit where one high-speed blower replaces two conventional blowers, energy savings reach 50%–60%, and a single blower saves roughly CNY 12,000–42,000 in electricity per year. Continuous running tests of over one week showed no difference in AOI yield versus mass production; drying performance was verified with no water marks or white-spot contamination at final quality inspection.
